Gill Fraser has an extremely impressive history in sales and marketing and vast experience over 25 years, working with IT businesses, both large organisations like IBM, Symantec and Trend Micro as well as start-ups. Ased Iqbal has an engineering degree and post graduate law qualification and is a seasoned entrepreneur.
Ased has accumulated wide-ranging business experience over the past 30 years, having owned and operated companies in various sectors that include wholesale/distribution, where he built a food and drinks business to £10's of millions in revenue prior to a successful trade sale exit, hospitality, e-commerce, manufacturing, environmental services, real estate and franchising. He handles the corporate finance aspect of the process from valuations to structuring the deals, organising the finance for acquisitions as well as handling the legal and financial due diligence. |
David Brown is a graduate of the University of Memphis (Tennessee, USA) and a serial entrepreneur. He was an early adopter of networking technology and is a seasoned corporate executive with extensive international connections. He is a member of several Boards, including the Foynes Flying Boat & Maritime Museum in Foynes, Ireland. His experience includes start-up and operation of several UK/EMEA companies on behalf of US enterprise networking and internet related firms. He is US-based but still spends extensive time in the UK and Europe and maintains active contacts there.
